One of my favorite style icons has to be Solange Knowles! I love everything about her. Her music, her style ( which includes how she lives as well, have you seen this girl DJ a party!!! or her equally stylish posse of friends!!!!) and her cool coif. She is the quintessential cool girl. Miss Knowles proves that you can be more than a pretty face with amazing vocals. She is the every-girl, the lady next door with so much pizzazz I for one have become pretty smitten with her blog as well check out ” MyDamnBlog.com” you won’t be disappointed She shares editorial looks that she has been featured in, as well as everyday pics that she has taken from her uber cool life and travels.
I honestly don’t think that she can do any wrong style wise. It is amazing to watch her step out. She combines a love of vintage, with eclectic prints, and ease; what more could you ask for in an ensemble?
I seriously dream of taking a peak inside her closet! I also like that she repeats her favorite pieces from her wardrobe to create new outfits with. Many stars are afraid to do that but I think that it shows that you invested well in an item. And who wouldn’t want to wear a favorite piece again and again?
